La Collina dei Nebrodi is so wonderful place to be sufficient for your journey in Sicily. You can live in a strict contact and armony with nature, with its “deafening silence”, without neighbors except guests of “Collina”. You can wake up in the morning with the bells of the grazing, take a walk on the afternoon in the pine and enjoy the stars in the night; you have found a little paradise.
“La Collina dei Nebrodi” is situated in a particular position at 650 m in height, 4 km away from little town of San Marco D' Alunzio and 10 km away from the sea. The road is narrow and steep but is paved and in good conditioning and the views along the way are spectacular. There are 7 bedrooms, the reception and a little restaurant with the sight also outside in a covered terrace with views on San Marco and Aeolian Islands.
The kitchen is open only for the guests and it treated very simple food, product in zone, according traditions, in particular these of Nebrodi. The breakfast is very rich and the dinner is served from 8,00 to 8,30 pm.
Near the pool there's a terrace with deckchairs and beach umbrella, and an amazing view.
Among pines there are hammocks for who wants to relax.
From the structure you can also reach the wonderful “Crasto's Rocks” in a trekking trip of six hours (in all). But the effort will be replaced by wonderful show of nature that will left you breathless.
The guided tour is usually on Sunday.
